Chapter Philanthropy and Service

Tri Delta is widely recognized for our commitment to our national philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Tri Delta set the bar high and made a goal to raise 15 million dollars in five years. We are proud to announce that we achieved our goal this past February, a year and a half earlier than expected. We are extremely proud to be a part of the Tri Delta sisterhood and know that we are actually making a difference.

In the fall, we raise money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, our local philanthropy and a foundation dedicated to raising money for pediatric cancer research. Our lemonade stand fundraisers around campus are the perfect way to welcome our sisters and the Villanova community back to school.

During the spring semester, the Gamma Beta Chapter joins our sisters nationwide in a fundraising effort to end childhood cancer through donating to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our chapter recruits groups from all over campus to join us in a letter writing campaign to family and friends. We celebrate the completion of St. Jude letter writing with a fun campus-wide kickball tournament.

Our chapter prides itself on our philanthropic efforts. Tri Delta Villanova is the top fundraising sorority on campus every year, and we plan to continue this tradition of excellence during the upcoming academic year.
